Google Ads Agency in Jeddah
Paid search, Performance Max and YouTube for Jeddah businesses selling to residents, visitors and pilgrims, written in Arabic and English and measured by calls, WhatsApp chats and bookings.
A Google search is often the first step between a Jeddah buyer and your sales team. A traveller who has just landed at King Abdulaziz International Airport looks up a hotel near the Corniche, a family in Al Rawdah compares orthodontists, a freight manager types customs clearance Jeddah port, and a group organiser in Kuala Lumpur searches for transport from the airport to Makkah. NoVi Marketing Services is a Google Ads and PPC agency working for the businesses that serve them. We set up and run Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and Shopping campaigns, written in Arabic and in English, for Jeddah and the wider Makkah region, and we count success in calls, WhatsApp chats, bookings and signed deals.
A city with several economies at once: Jeddah is the Kingdom's second city, and the 2022 census counted about 3.75 million people in the Jeddah governorate, slightly more than half of them non-Saudi. It is also a Red Sea port, a weekend escape for families from across the region and the main air gateway for Umrah and Hajj. King Abdulaziz International Airport reported a record 53.4 million passengers in 2025. For an advertiser this mix matters, because the same keyword can come from a long-term resident, a visitor who arrived yesterday or a pilgrim planning a trip from abroad. We separate those audiences before any money is spent.
Google is where Jeddah searches: Statcounter figures for October 2026 give Google about 96 percent of all searches made in Saudi Arabia and more than 98 percent of mobile searches, and phones generate about two thirds of web traffic in the Kingdom. A Jeddah account is therefore a mobile account first. We write for small screens, keep landing pages light, and put the call and WhatsApp buttons where a thumb reaches them without scrolling.
Companies that come to us for Jeddah campaigns: hotels, serviced apartments and tour operators near the Corniche and in Al Balad, Umrah service and transport companies, dental, dermatology and specialist clinics in the north of the city, developers and brokers selling in Obhur and the northern districts, freight, customs and warehousing firms that work around Jeddah Islamic Port, industrial and building material suppliers in the south, private schools and training centres, restaurants and catering companies, and online stores shipping across the Kingdom from a Jeddah warehouse.
Pilgrim and visitor demand, planned with care: official Saudi figures put arrivals from abroad for Hajj and Umrah at about 19.5 million in 2025, and Jeddah's airport, linked to Makkah and Madinah by the Haramain high-speed railway, is the entry point for many of them. Hotels, transport firms, Umrah operators, exchange houses and telecom retailers can reach these travellers before they fly and after they land. We run separate campaigns for searches made abroad, often in English, Urdu, Indonesian, Malay or Turkish, and for searches made inside Jeddah after arrival. Hajj and Umrah services are regulated by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, so please tell us which permissions your company holds before those ads go live.
How Jeddah types in Arabic: spelling varies more than most advertisers expect. People write جدة and جده, search by district names such as حي الشاطئ or أبحر الشمالية, and mix Hijazi phrasing with formal Arabic. Queries are usually short and plain, for example دكتور اسنان شمال جدة or شركة تخليص جمركي بجدة. We add both spellings to the same ad groups, check the search terms report every week for new variants, and write Arabic ads the way a Jeddah salesperson would explain the offer, rather than translating English headlines.
English, and sometimes a third language: because about half of Jeddah's residents are not Saudi, English searches are common in healthcare, schools, rentals and home services. For some businesses, ads in Urdu, Bengali, Filipino or Indonesian reach the communities that actually buy. We test those languages only where your team can answer enquiries in them, since a click from an Urdu ad that lands on an Arabic-only page is money lost.
Targeting from Obhur to the southern districts: Jeddah stretches a long way along the Red Sea, and traffic on the main north to south roads can turn a short distance into a long drive. A clinic in Al Zahra rarely wins patients from the far south, while a furniture showroom on Prince Sultan Street may draw from the whole city. We set radius or district targeting per branch, check where calls and visits really come from, and adjust. Local campaigns reach people who are in Jeddah or regularly there, and campaigns for pilgrims or investors abroad run on their own budgets so foreign clicks never blur local numbers.
Freight, customs and B2B buyers: Jeddah Islamic Port ranks among the busiest container ports on the Red Sea, and Mawani reported 8.3 million TEUs handled across Saudi ports in 2025. Importers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, cold-chain operators and warehouse providers sell to procurement teams who search with exact phrases such as freight forwarder Jeddah or sea freight from China to Jeddah. We build small, precise Search campaigns around those terms, count quote requests and calls as conversions, and judge them over months rather than days, because one contract can be worth more than a year of clicks.
Property in the north and around Jeddah Tower: new residential towers and villa compounds keep appearing in Obhur, Al Shati and the northern districts, and the Jeddah Economic City area around Jeddah Tower draws investor attention. Reports in 2026 said the tower had passed 100 floors, that its apartments were expected to go on sale in 2027 and that completion was targeted for late 2028. Investor searches jump with news like this, then fall back. We split property campaigns by project, by buyer type and by where the buyer lives, and our real estate marketing agency in Jeddah page covers launches in more depth.
A REGA licence for every property ad: the Real Estate General Authority's advertising rules require an advertisement licence for each real estate ad, and the published ad must show that licence number together with the advertiser's details. REGA also offers an online inquiry where anyone can see whether a licence is active, expired or cancelled. Before a property campaign starts we collect the licence number for each project or unit, show it on the landing page, and pause any ad whose listing licence has lapsed. REGA updated these rules in 2026, so please check the current requirement with REGA or your broker before launch.
Clinics and medical centres: under Saudi rules for private health institutions, a facility may advertise only within the executive regulations and professional ethics, and breaches can bring fines or even the closure of the facility. Medicines, medical devices and cosmetics also need prior advertising approval from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. We keep clinic ads factual: the specialty, the doctor's licensed title, the branch and the booking route, with no promised outcomes and no before and after claims. Google's healthcare policies apply on top, and your medical director signs off the copy before launch.
The paperwork Google may ask for: Google runs advertiser verification in Saudi Arabia, and it can ask a company for organisation registration documents plus the ID of an authorised representative, with the legal name matching the payments profile. Since 3 April 2025 the new Commercial Register Law gives each company a single national registration number starting with 7, handled through the Saudi Business Center, with an annual data confirmation instead of an expiry date. At kick-off we ask for a current CR extract and the authorised signatory's details, and set up billing in the exact legal name. Google lists the documents it accepts by country, so we check that page for Saudi Arabia before submitting.
Tracking calls, chats and bookings: many Jeddah buyers would rather call or send a WhatsApp message than fill in a form, and hotels and clinics often take bookings through separate systems. Analytics 4 events and Google Ads conversion actions are configured separately for ad calls, website calls, WhatsApp clicks, forms and online bookings. Where your CRM or booking system allows it, we send back outcomes such as attended appointments, check-ins or paid invoices, and add Enhanced Conversions for leads once your consent wording covers it. Smart bidding then learns from paying customers, not from button taps.
Consent and the PDPL: Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law has been enforced by SDAIA since September 2024, and using personal data for marketing needs a lawful basis, which in most advertising cases means consent. Customer Match uploads and remarketing lists come only after we review your privacy notice and form wording with you, and Google Consent Mode is switched on where it suits your setup. Legal sign-off stays with your own adviser.
A Jeddah calendar for bids: astronomers expect Ramadan 2027 to start on or near 8 February, pending the official crescent sighting, with Eid Al Fitr close to 9 March. Searches move to the hours after iftar and late into the night, so ad schedules change for the month. Founding Day on 22 February falls inside Ramadan in 2027, so its offers will compete with Ramadan campaigns. The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix is scheduled to return to the Jeddah Corniche Circuit on 19 to 21 March 2027, which lifts hotel, restaurant and transport searches that weekend. Hajj 1448 is expected in mid May 2027, with the Day of Arafah around 15 May. Jeddah Season usually runs in the summer with dates announced each year, and Saudi National Day falls on 23 September. Bids go up only for the products a given date affects.
Ad hours that match your phones: the Saudi weekend is Friday and Saturday, and many Jeddah shops, restaurants and clinics stay open late into the evening. Call ads and call assets run only when someone can pick up, and for WhatsApp campaigns we agree a reply-time target with your team, because a chat answered the next morning is often a lost booking.
Picking campaign types: Search is the core of most Jeddah accounts. Performance Max helps hotels, retailers and clinics that have good creative and clean conversion data, YouTube and Demand Gen suit launches and visitor campaigns, and Shopping fits stores with a Merchant Center feed in Arabic and English and prices in SAR. We keep brand Search in its own campaign, exclude brand terms from Performance Max where Google permits, and compare results with a Search baseline so automation cannot claim customers who already knew your name. If a YouTube plan includes paid content by Saudi creators, each creator needs a Mawthooq licence from the General Authority for Media Regulation.
What we tend to find in Jeddah accounts: a single campaign aimed at the entire Kingdom, location options left on people interested in Jeddah so clicks pour in from abroad, no جده spelling variant, Umrah and resident keywords mixed in one ad group, calls not tracked, property ads running without licence numbers, and an ad account registered to a former agency or to an employee's personal email. Your free audit will flag the ones present in your account.
Proof we can show today: there is no published NoVi Google Ads case study from Jeddah yet, and we will not present other work as one. Our closest evidence on lead quality is Stallion Construction & Manufacturing in Egypt, a Meta campaign where 78 of 100 leads were qualified and 7 reached the signing stage between 1 September and 25 October 2026, using qualifying questions and a form that asked for a manually typed WhatsApp number. The same thinking shapes our Jeddah lead forms. For Saudi creative, Khyam, a Riyadh commercial building where we made the identity, launch campaign, film and CGI, and Pawm, a Saudi pet care brand and app interface, show the quality of images and video that would run in your Performance Max and YouTube placements.
Search next to your other channels: our SEO company in Jeddah page covers organic rankings and Google Maps, our social media agency in Jeddah page covers Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram, and our web design company in Jeddah page covers sites that need rebuilding before paid traffic arrives. When we run more than one channel, the results sit together in a single report on cost per lead.
How an engagement runs: we start with a free audit of your account, tracking and landing pages, then agree goals per branch, product or project. Setup covers verification, tracking, Arabic and English keyword research, negative lists and landing pages. After launch, search terms, bids and ads are reviewed weekly, and each month you receive the cost of each qualified lead and, when sales figures are shared, the cost of each new customer. You own the Google Ads account and pay Google directly, and we work inside it with manager access. Our team is based in Cairo and serves Jeddah remotely through video calls, shared documents and WhatsApp, with visits arranged when a project needs them.
How much does a Google Ads agency in Jeddah cost? You pay two things. Media spend goes to Google in riyals from your own account, and our management fee is priced after the free audit on how many campaigns, languages and branches you need, plus the tracking and compliance effort. You see scope and fee in a written proposal before work begins.
How soon will Google Ads bring enquiries in Jeddah? Search campaigns can produce calls and messages within the first days once tracking and landing pages are in place. Getting a qualified lead to a steady, acceptable price usually takes two or three months of data and weekly changes, and seasonal accounts such as hotels need a full season to compare.
Is your team based in Jeddah? No. We work from Cairo and look after Saudi accounts remotely, meeting by phone or video between Sunday and Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00, and visits are arranged when a project needs them. Access, approvals and reports all happen online.
Should our Jeddah ads be in Arabic, English or both? Most Jeddah accounts need both, written separately with their own landing pages. Some sectors, such as Umrah services, clinics and rentals, also gain from a third language spoken by your customers, provided your team can reply in it.
Can you advertise to Umrah and Hajj travellers? Yes, for licensed companies. We split campaigns by country and travel stage, write ads in the languages travellers search in, and check that your services and claims match the permissions you hold from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
Can you handle property or clinic ads in Jeddah? Yes, after checks. Every property ad needs a valid REGA advertisement licence shown in the ad and on the landing page, and clinic ads must follow Saudi health advertising rules and Google's healthcare policies. We go through both with your team ahead of launch.
What do we need before campaigns can start? A Google Ads account in your company's legal name, a current commercial registration extract and an authorised person for Google's advertiser verification, access to your website or a landing page we build, and a phone or WhatsApp line someone answers during your opening hours.
Can you take over an existing account or work with our in-house team? Yes. We keep your account history, audit it, and fix structure and tracking without restarting from zero. If you have an in-house marketer, we agree who owns which tasks, and they keep full access to everything we change.
Companies only: we work with startups, family businesses and larger groups, chiefly across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar and the UAE. Personal accounts, bought followers and paid likes or views are outside what we do. Please send your company name, website and a line on what you offer when you write, so the right specialist picks it up.
