Google Ads Agency in Dubai

Google Search, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns for companies selling in Dubai, written separately in English and Arabic and judged by qualified leads and sales, not clicks.

Someone in Dubai who needs a property broker, a dental clinic, a company set-up adviser or an IT supplier usually types that need into Google on a phone, often in a taxi or between meetings, and the ads above the results get the first look. NoVi Marketing Services is a Google Ads agency for companies selling in Dubai and the wider UAE. We plan, build and manage Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and Shopping campaigns in English and Arabic, and we measure them by the qualified enquiries and sales they bring. Our team works from Cairo and serves UAE clients remotely, so you will not find a Dubai office address on this page.

Who this suits: brokerages and off-plan developers, clinics, dental and aesthetic centres, company formation and PRO service firms, B2B suppliers in free zones such as Dubai Internet City, DIFC, JLT and Dubai Silicon Oasis, schools, nurseries and training centres, restaurants and hotels, online stores shipping across the emirates, and Egyptian or Saudi brands opening in the UAE that need ads written for UAE buyers. It does not suit anyone who wants a guaranteed top position or a personal account promoted. We work with companies only, and no one controls Google's auction.

Why Google decides most searches here: Statcounter's figures for June 2026 put Google at around 95 percent of search engine use in the UAE across all devices, and above 97 percent on mobile. On desktop, Bing holds about 6.5 percent, which matters for B2B accounts whose buyers search from company laptops. For most consumer categories, a Google Ads plan covers almost the whole search market.

A city that searches in many languages: most Dubai residents are expatriates, so the same need can arrive in English, Gulf Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic, Arabic typed in Latin letters, or Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam and Tagalog. An Emirati family may search فيلا للبيع في دبي هيلز, a nurse may search clinic near me al barsha and a founder may search company setup dubai mainland cost. Google also reads language from a mix of signals, including user settings, and many Arabic speakers here run their phones in English. So we usually let Arabic campaigns reach both English and Arabic users, let the keywords do the filtering, and write each language's ads from scratch.

Search campaigns: ad groups built around one clear need, responsive search ads with English and Arabic headlines written separately, sitelinks to your service and area pages, call assets with your UAE number, and price or promotion assets in sale periods. Negative keywords come first, not last. In Dubai that means filtering out searches for jobs, visas, salaries and free courses, including mixed Hindi and English job searches such as dubai mein job, which can drain a service budget within days.

Paying for buyers, not readers: a search for corporate lawyer DIFC fees comes from a buyer. A search for how to open a company in Dubai usually comes from a reader. Paid budget goes behind the first kind, and the second is better served by content and SEO, which our SEO company in Dubai page covers. When a reader-style search converts well in your own data, we keep it, because your search terms report beats any rule of thumb.

Targeting by area, not just by emirate: a clinic in Al Barsha rarely wins patients from Deira at evening rush hour on Sheikh Zayed Road, and a café in Dubai Marina has little to offer someone in Mirdif. Where distance matters we target by radius or named areas, for example Business Bay, Downtown and DIFC for office services, Dubai Marina, JLT and JVC for residential services, Deira and Bur Dubai for the older trading districts, and Dubai South for logistics near Al Maktoum airport. Location options are set to reach people who are in, or regularly in, those areas, not people who only showed interest in Dubai.

Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi: many people who work in Dubai live in Sharjah or Ajman and search from home in the evening, while Abu Dhabi is a separate market with its own prices and competitors. A home cleaning company may want Dubai only. A B2B software firm may want all seven emirates. A Dubai clinic may welcome patients from Sharjah but not from Al Ain. We agree this per campaign and split reporting by emirate, so you can see whether out-of-city leads ever become customers.

Buyers who are not in the UAE yet: developers, holiday home operators and company formation firms often sell to people abroad. For them we build separate campaigns aimed at chosen source countries, with ads that state clearly what is on offer and in which currency, and we keep those campaigns apart from local ones so foreign clicks do not hide local performance.

Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube: these campaign types reach people across Search, YouTube, Maps, Gmail, Discover and partner sites, and they are only as good as the creative and conversion data behind them. We feed them English and Arabic images and video cut to Google's formats, exclude brand terms where Google allows it, and compare results against a clean Search baseline, so Performance Max cannot take credit for customers who were already typing your name.

Shopping and e-commerce: for online stores we set up Google Merchant Center feeds in English and Arabic, with prices in AED, delivery times per emirate and return terms that match the website. Gaps between the feed and the site are a common reason for disapproved products. We then run Shopping and Performance Max with revenue tracking and report return on ad spend by category, not just clicks.

Tracking WhatsApp, calls and forms separately: in the UAE many enquiries start on WhatsApp or by phone rather than on a form. We track click-to-WhatsApp, calls to your UAE number and form submissions as separate conversions, and where your CRM allows it we import what happened next, such as viewings booked, appointments attended or contracts signed. Google then bids for people who become customers, not people who fill in a form and vanish.

Lead quality in busy Dubai sectors: property and aesthetics accounts in particular can attract many low-intent enquiries. We add one or two qualifying questions where they help, such as ready or off-plan, budget band, cash or mortgage and preferred community for property, or treatment and insurance provider for clinics. Lead quality is reviewed with your sales team each month and fed back into bidding.

Value-based bidding when leads are not equal: a studio rental enquiry and a villa purchase enquiry should not count the same. Once tracking is reliable we give each lead type a value, or import deal values, and move from Maximise Conversions to value-based strategies. New accounts with little data start with tighter keyword control, because automated bidding on thin data tends to buy cheap, weak traffic.

Landing pages for paid traffic: one offer per page, separate English and Arabic versions with a proper right-to-left layout, WhatsApp and call buttons on the first screen of a phone, fast loading and the same promise as the ad. If the whole site needs rebuilding, our web design company in Dubai page explains how we approach it.

Personal data and remarketing in the UAE: the federal Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, makes consent the main basis for processing personal data and gives people the right to object to direct marketing. Legal commentary in 2026 reports that its executive regulations have still not been issued, so detailed rules and deadlines remain open. Companies in DIFC and ADGM follow their own free-zone data protection laws instead. Before we build remarketing audiences or upload customer lists, we check your forms and privacy notice, and we can set up Google Consent Mode. We are a marketing agency, not a law firm, so we work with your legal adviser on anything regulated.

Property ads and the Trakheesi permit: the Dubai Land Department issues real estate advertising permits through its Trakheesi system, and the permit number has to appear on the advertisement, online or offline. The DLD has fined companies for advertising without one. Before launch we confirm which listings or off-plan projects hold a valid permit, show the number on landing pages and in ad copy where it fits, and pause ads when a permit lapses. Our real estate marketing agency in Dubai page covers project launches in more depth.

Clinics and health advertising rules: the Dubai Health Authority regulates advertising by the facilities and professionals it licenses, and its standards for medical advertising on social media, issued in August 2026 and widely reported in September, bar claims such as the best, 100 percent, no side effects and immediate results. We hold search ads and landing pages to the same standard. Clinics in Dubai Healthcare City answer to a separate regulator, and facilities in other emirates to their own health authority, so we confirm with your compliance team which approvals apply. Google's healthcare and medicines policies sit on top of all this.

Finance, crypto and other restricted categories: Google applies extra policies to financial services, crypto, gambling and several other categories, and some need advertiser verification or certification country by country. In Dubai, marketing of virtual assets also falls under the VARA Marketing Regulations, in force since October 2024. We check Google's current UAE requirements and the relevant local rules before we write a single ad, so campaigns are not stopped after launch.

YouTube creators and the Advertiser Permit: if your YouTube plan includes paid content from UAE creators, note that the UAE Media Council introduced an Advertiser Permit in 2025 for individuals who publish promotional content on social media, paid or unpaid, with the permit number shown on their accounts. Ask to see the permit before you sign. Our influencer marketing agency in Dubai page covers creator work.

The Dubai season calendar: Ramadan moves about eleven days earlier each year and pushes search activity late into the night, so we plan that month's schedules and budgets separately, with Eid straight after. Retail peaks around White Friday in late November, UAE National Day on 2 December and the Dubai Shopping Festival, reported for 4 December 2026 to 17 January 2027 (we confirm final dates with the organisers' announcements). Dubai Summer Surprises ran from 2 July to 30 August in 2026, when many families travel. B2B tech demand gathers around GITEX Global, at Expo City Dubai from 7 to 11 December 2026. We adjust bids and copy for each, and we do not pay peak prices in categories the season does not touch.

Ad schedules for the UAE working week: since January 2022 the federal government has worked Monday to Thursday with a half day on Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as the weekend. Many private companies followed, though not all, and Sharjah's government moved to a four-day week. B2B ads often do best on weekday mornings, while consumer searches rise in the evenings and at weekends. Call ads run only when someone at your company can answer.

Budgets in AED, ad spend from your own account: we plan monthly budgets in dirhams, start with the campaigns closest to a sale, and scale only what brings leads at a cost you accept. Ad spend is paid directly to Google from an account your company owns, with our team added as managers, so the account, its history and its audiences stay yours. The UAE charges VAT at 5 percent, and VAT-registered businesses buying from overseas suppliers usually account for it themselves under the reverse charge. Ask your accountant how this applies to your Google invoices.

What we often find in Dubai accounts: location set to the whole UAE with the default presence or interest option, so ads show to people abroad who will never visit. English ads only. Broad match pulling in job and visa searches. Search Partners and Display switched on inside Search campaigns. Page views counted as conversions. No WhatsApp or call tracking. Every ad pointing at the home page. A free audit shows which of these apply to you before you commit to anything.

Crowded auctions and your brand name: real estate, legal services, company formation and aesthetics are among the busiest auctions in Dubai, and competitors often bid on each other's brand names. A small brand campaign keeps your name at the top for people already looking for you, usually at a low cost per click, and shows you whether a rival is bidding on it.

Search alongside your other channels: Google captures demand that already exists, while Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn create it. When we run several channels we read them together in one cost-per-lead report. Launching an app? Google App campaigns can drive installs and sign-ups, and our app launch marketing agency in Dubai page covers the full launch. See our social media agency in Dubai page for paid and organic social, and our marketing consultancy in Dubai page if you want a channel plan before spending on media.

Creative made in-house: the images and video that feed Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube come from the same team behind our brand and campaign work. Examples include Khyam, a commercial building in Riyadh, for which we produced the identity, campaign creative, brand guidelines and CGI motion, plus the Qahwet El Sheikh speciality coffee identity, the Emilie fine jewellery identity and our work for Lugha Tech. These are brand and creative projects, not Google Ads results, and none of them is a UAE campaign.

How we work week to week: every week we review search terms, bids, budgets, ads and landing pages. Every month you get a report on cost per qualified lead and, where you share sales data, cost per customer, with weak campaigns shown next to strong ones. The first weeks go on tracking, structure and learning which searches become enquiries. By the second and third month there is usually enough data to cut waste and scale what works. Calls and video meetings run Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00 Cairo time, which overlaps most of the UAE working day from Monday to Thursday. Cairo is one to two hours behind Dubai depending on the season.

Questions to ask any Google Ads agency in Dubai: who runs the account day to day, whose name the ad account is in, what counts as a conversion, whether WhatsApp and calls are tracked, who writes the Arabic, how location options are set and how often you will see the search terms report. Warning signs include an account opened in the agency's name, a fixed package that ignores your sector, Arabic that reads like a translation, property ads with no permit check, reports showing only clicks and impressions, and any promise of a guaranteed first position.

What affects the fee: the number of campaigns, languages and emirates, monthly ad spend, your sector and its policies, the landing pages and creative needed, CRM or offline conversion connections and reporting depth. Work runs as a monthly retainer or a defined project. After a free consultation and account audit we send a written proposal with scope, deliverables and timeline, so you know what is included before work starts.

A client review on Sortlist about working with our team: "We wanted to improve our online marketing and advertising to support our new digital direction. We enjoyed the clear communication, smooth process, and the team's understanding of what we needed." Ahmed Abdelmenem, Marketing Director, Mdares AI (online advertising, October 2026). Rated 5/5 on Sortlist. The review describes the working relationship, not a specific Dubai or UAE campaign result.

How much does Google Ads management cost in Dubai? You pay two separate amounts. Media spend goes straight to Google in dirhams, billed to an ad account your company owns. Our management fee is quoted for your account alone, based on how many campaigns, languages and emirates it needs and how much tracking work is involved. You receive the quote in writing after the free audit, before anything starts.

Do you have an office in Dubai? No. Our team works from Cairo and serves UAE clients remotely, with calls and video meetings Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00 Cairo time. Account access, reports and approvals all happen online, and the ad account stays in your company's name.

Should my Dubai ads be in English or Arabic? For most sectors, both, as separate campaigns or ad groups. English reaches most residents and most B2B buyers. Arabic reaches Emirati and Arab buyers, and copy written for them reads very differently from a translated ad. Your search terms data then shows where the budget should sit.

Can you run Google Ads for real estate or clinics in Dubai? Yes, with extra checks. Property ads need a valid DLD Trakheesi permit number, and healthcare ads must follow the DHA or the relevant health regulator as well as Google's healthcare policies. We check these before launch and work with your compliance team where needed.
