Google Ads Agency in Abu Dhabi
Google Search, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns for companies selling in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra, written in Arabic and English, checked against local advertising permits and measured by qualified leads.
Who clicks a Google ad in Abu Dhabi: the person typing is rarely an impulse buyer. A procurement officer comparing facility management contractors, a family looking at villas on Saadiyat, a parent shortlisting nurseries in Khalifa City or an engineer in Musaffah looking for a valve supplier will usually search more than once, open several sites and come back days later. NoVi Marketing Services is a Google Ads and PPC agency for companies that sell to these buyers. We build and manage Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and Shopping campaigns in Arabic and English, set up so you can see which clicks became enquiries and which enquiries became business. Our team works from Cairo and manages Abu Dhabi accounts remotely. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi or anywhere else in the UAE.
Why the capital needs its own account plan: the Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi counted about 4.14 million residents in the emirate in 2024, with roughly 68 percent in the Abu Dhabi region and the rest in Al Ain and Al Dhafra. Abu Dhabi is the seat of the federal government and of large state-owned groups, so a big share of spending moves through tenders, approved vendor lists and committees. For paid search that means fewer searches, longer decisions, more research before first contact and, in many B2B categories, a higher value per lead. An account copied from Dubai, with Dubai bids and Dubai copy, usually pays for the wrong clicks.
One search engine covers most of the market: Statcounter puts Google at about 95 percent of search engine use in the UAE across devices, so a well-built Google Ads account reaches nearly everyone who searches for what you sell. Bing keeps a small share on desktop, which can be worth a modest test for B2B firms whose buyers search from office laptops.
Sectors we plan for: suppliers to government and semi-government entities, contractors and industrial firms in Musaffah, KIZAD and the industrial areas around the capital, developers and brokers with projects on Yas, Saadiyat, Al Reem and Al Raha, clinics and specialist medical centres, private schools, nurseries and training institutes, hotels, attractions and tour operators, and financial and professional firms in ADGM on Al Maryah Island. Each one has a different buyer, a different sales cycle and, in several cases, a different regulator, so each gets its own campaign structure.
Government-adjacent and B2B suppliers: ministries and authorities do not buy from a search ad, but the people who write specifications and shortlist vendors do search, often with exact phrases such as HVAC maintenance contract Abu Dhabi or approved fire safety contractor. We build tight Search campaigns around those phrases, send them to capability pages that list the licences, approvals and registrations you actually hold, and count company profile downloads and quote requests as conversions. Volumes are small, so we lean on exact and phrase match, keep budgets steady through the working week and judge results over a quarter rather than a week.
Property on Yas, Saadiyat and Al Reem: real estate is one of the busiest auctions in the emirate, and intent changes by community. Investors look at off-plan launches on Yas and Saadiyat, end users compare apartments on Al Reem and in Al Raha, and larger families look for villas on the mainland. We split campaigns by project, by community and by investor or end user, so bids follow the leads your sales team can close. Buyers abroad get separate campaigns aimed at chosen countries, with prices and currency stated plainly, kept apart from local campaigns so foreign clicks do not blur local results.
Madhmoun permits before any property ad: since 7 July 2025, property advertising in mainland Abu Dhabi needs a Madhmoun permit issued by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) through the DARI platform. Listings in ADGM's jurisdiction, which covers Al Maryah and Al Reem islands, need ADGM's own real estate advertising permit, launched in August 2025 and linked to Madhmoun. Before launch we collect the permit number for each project or listing, show it on landing pages and in ads where the rules call for it, and pause ads linked to a listing whose permit has lapsed. Rules change, so we ask you to confirm the current requirement with ADREC or ADGM before anything goes live.
Clinics and the Department of Health: healthcare facilities in the emirate are licensed by the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, which publishes its own healthcare guidelines for health media and advertising. A 2023 DoH circular asked licensed facilities to complete training on those guidelines, after which facility representatives log their advertising materials on DoH systems. We write search ads and landing pages with no promised outcomes, no superlatives and no pain-free or instant-result claims, and we agree with your compliance lead what needs logging before launch. Google's healthcare and medicines policies apply on top, and some products, such as prescription medicines, face extra restrictions.
Schools, nurseries and training institutes: education searches in Abu Dhabi split by curriculum, such as British, American, IB or Indian, by age range and by area, and they rise around each school's admissions window. We build ad groups by curriculum and campus, track open-day bookings, tour requests and application forms as separate conversions, and state curriculum, ages and location plainly in the ad. Private schools in the emirate are regulated by ADEK, so we quote ratings or fees only in the exact form your school already publishes.
Hotels, attractions and tourism: Yas Island's theme parks, Saadiyat's beaches and museums and desert trips from the capital or Al Ain draw visitors who often search before they arrive. Booking platforms and the large attractions own the broad terms, so we put budget behind specific searches such as family brunch Yas Island or beach club day pass Saadiyat, reach people planning trips from Dubai and abroad, and track bookings and calls rather than page views.
Financial firms in ADGM: firms licensed by ADGM's Financial Services Regulatory Authority follow its financial promotion rules, which require marketing to be clear, fair and not misleading. Google adds its own layer. For the UAE, its financial products policy lets ads for products such as CFDs and rolling spot forex target the country only when the provider holds a licence from the SCA, the DFSA or the FSRA, and crypto exchanges need similar authorisation. We do not write regulatory wording. Your compliance team approves every ad and landing page before launch, and we keep a record of what was approved and when.
Arabic and English, written separately: Abu Dhabi searchers switch language by topic. An Emirati family may search فلل للبيع في السعديات, a facilities manager may search building maintenance company Abu Dhabi, and many Arabic speakers keep their phones set to English. Arabic spelling varies too, with أبوظبي and أبو ظبي both common, and Gulf words such as فلة appear next to the formal فيلا. We research both keyword sets, write Arabic ads in clear Arabic that reads naturally to Gulf readers instead of translating English headlines, and give Arabic campaigns their own landing pages with a proper right-to-left layout.
Location targeting inside the emirate: the island, the mainland suburbs, Al Ain and Al Dhafra behave like separate markets. A home services firm in Khalifa City may want a radius around Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Shakhbout City, not clicks from Al Ruwais. An Al Ain clinic wants Al Ain. We target by radius or named area, set location options to people in or regularly in those places rather than people merely interested in them, and report by region. If you also sell in Dubai, Dubai gets its own campaigns with its own bids, because the two cities rarely share a cost per lead.
Negative keywords from day one: many service searches in the UAE are really job, visa or training searches. We start every Abu Dhabi account with negative lists for vacancies, salaries, visas, free courses and government services people expect to find on official portals such as TAMM, so your budget does not pay for someone looking for a government form.
Tracking that matches how people get in touch: in Abu Dhabi many enquiries start with a call or a WhatsApp message, not a form. We set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking with forms, calls from ads, calls from the website and WhatsApp clicks as separate actions. Where your forms and consent allow it, we add Enhanced Conversions for leads, which uses hashed first-party data to match conversions more accurately, and we import offline outcomes from your CRM, such as site visits, appointments or signed contracts. Bidding then works towards the leads your team values, not form fills alone.
Consent and personal data: onshore businesses fall under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, while firms registered in ADGM follow ADGM's own Data Protection Regulations 2021. Before we upload customer lists or build remarketing audiences, we check your consent wording and privacy notice and set up Google Consent Mode where it fits. We are a marketing agency, not a law firm, so your legal adviser has the final word.
Creators inside YouTube plans: if a YouTube or Demand Gen plan uses UAE creators, the UAE Media Council's Advertiser Permit, launched in July 2025 and reported as mandatory from 1 February 2026, covers promotional content whether it is paid or not. Ask for the creator's permit number before you sign.
Bids around the Abu Dhabi calendar: Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin around 8 February, subject to moon sighting, and search activity moves later into the night, so schedules and budgets change for the month and for Eid Al Fitr after it. The cooler months bring tourism, events and more property viewings, while summer is generally quieter for leisure as many families travel. Home events shift demand too. ADIPEC, held at ADNEC each November (2 to 5 November in 2026), lifts energy and industrial searches and hotel demand, and the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at Yas Marina, scheduled for early December 2026, fills hotels and restaurants on Yas. UAE National Day on 2 December brings offers and gift searches. We raise bids only in the categories each date touches.
Ad schedules for a government city: since January 2022 the Abu Dhabi government, like the federal government, has worked Monday to Thursday with a half day on Friday, and Saturday and Sunday off. For B2B accounts selling to government and large employers we weight bids towards weekday office hours, while consumer accounts usually see more searches in the evenings and at weekends. Call ads run only when someone at your company can answer.
Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube: these campaign types reach people across Search, YouTube, Maps, Gmail and Discover, and they only work as well as the creative and conversion data behind them. We supply Arabic and English assets cut to each format, exclude brand terms where Google allows it, and compare results with a clean Search baseline so automated campaigns cannot take credit for people already searching your name.
Shopping for Abu Dhabi retailers: online stores get Merchant Center feeds in both languages with AED prices and delivery times that match the website, then Shopping or Performance Max campaigns with revenue tracking and return on ad spend reported by product category.
What we often find in Abu Dhabi accounts: one campaign covering the whole UAE with Dubai and Abu Dhabi mixed together, English-only ads, broad match pulling in job searches, Display and Search Partners left on inside Search campaigns, page views counted as leads, property landing pages with no permit number, and an ad account still registered to a previous agency. The free audit shows which of these apply to you.
Proof we can show: our Al Raie Qatar case study covers paid social, not Google Ads. For an agriculture supplier in Qatar we moved Meta campaigns from reach and engagement objectives to app installs and WhatsApp conversations, and Firebase tracked QAR 1,251,363.50 in app sales from QAR 21,999.88 of Meta ad spend between 1 September and 25 October 2026. We do not yet have a published Google Ads case study in Abu Dhabi, and we will not present other work as one. Our creative projects, such as the Khyam branding, campaign and film for a Riyadh commercial building and the Maison Nefer furniture e-commerce brand built before launch, show the standard of assets we feed into Performance Max and YouTube.
Search alongside your other channels: Google Ads captures demand that already exists, while social platforms create it and SEO builds traffic you do not pay for per click. Our SEO company in Abu Dhabi page covers organic search in both languages, and our social media agency in Abu Dhabi page covers paid and organic social. When we run several channels, we read them together in one cost-per-lead report.
How the work runs: the first weeks go on tracking, permit and policy checks, account structure and negative lists. Every week we review search terms, bids, budgets, ads and landing pages. Every month you get a report on cost per qualified lead and, where you share sales data, cost per customer. The ad account and its billing stay in your company's name, media spend is paid directly to Google, and our team is added as a manager. Calls and video meetings run Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00 Cairo time, which overlaps the UAE working day from Monday to Thursday.
How much does Google Ads management cost in Abu Dhabi? There are two separate costs. Media spend is billed by Google in dirhams to an ad account your company owns. Our management fee is quoted for your account after the free audit, based on the number of campaigns, languages and regions and on the tracking and compliance work involved. You receive scope and price in writing before anything starts.
Do you have an office in Abu Dhabi? No. NoVi serves UAE clients remotely from Cairo, with calls and video meetings Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00 Cairo time. Account access, reports and approvals all happen online.
Can you run Google Ads for property or clinics in Abu Dhabi? Yes, with checks first. Property ads need a valid Madhmoun permit, or ADGM's permit for listings on Al Reem and Al Maryah. Health ads follow the Department of Health Abu Dhabi guidelines and Google's healthcare policies. We confirm both with your team before launch.
