02What we collect
Details you submit through our forms — name, company, work email, phone number, the service you are interested in, budget range and any project details you choose to share.
Basic technical data your browser sends: IP address, device and browser type, referring page and pages visited. We use your IP only to infer your country so we can show you the right regional page.
03Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
To improve the site and understand which content is useful.
To send you marketing communications, where you have asked us to. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
04Legal basis
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and analytics and marketing data on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
06Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
07Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you can object to direct marketing at any time. Email Info@novi-ms.com and we will respond within 30 days.
